We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CT Technologist with at least six months of CT experience to join our pediatric hospital team, caring for patients from neonates to young adults. In this role, you’ll perform a wide variety of exams including; cardiac imaging, interventional radiology support, and trauma cases, while delivering safe, high-quality care using state-of-the-art equipment in a growing hospital environment. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required, as we provide an extensive, supportive onboarding and training program to help you feel confident and successful. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and passionate about making a difference. The ARRT CT certification must be obtained within two years of hire. Under the direction of a physician, the Computed Tomography Technologist is committed to applying the art and skill of diagnostic CT imaging through safe and effective usage of all equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, patient contact, the preparation and administration of oral or IV contrast materials, use of ionizing radiation, patient imaging procedures including computer processing and image enhancements, quality control and radiation safety. Participates in department and hospital LEAN improvement activities that align with the five True North Pillars. In addition, supports the CMH Service Excellence Program through demonstrated knowledge of CMH Shared Values, Mission and Vision, and Strategic Plan.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $32.70/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
