Overview

With an aim to help the student accomplish requirements of a graduate program’s residency the resident will gain exposure to the complex operations of a major pediatric academic medical center, become engaged in a mix of meetings and projects, and receive guidance and mentorship from experienced healthcare leaders. The resident will have an opportunity to learn practical application skills allowing them to make further progress into the next year of graduate school. The resident will be precepted by a Vice President and supervised by the Administrative Fellow(s), they will also identify personal and professional goals that CM will help to accomplish.

If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with projects as assigned which offer a learning opportunity to expand capabilities and develop new skills.
  • Participate in shadowing experiences in clinical and non-clinical departments
  • Attend and participate in high-level management meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required and No experience necessary. On the job training.
