Overview

The Service Line Marketing Senior Manager is essential to supporting the hospital's strategic goals related to market share and reputation. The Service Line Marketing Senior Manager works closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement strategies and tactics to support national reputation management, local/regional reputation management and local/regional market share for the medical audience. The Senior Manager also works with service line leadership and communications and marketing teams to develop integrated service line marketing plans, goals, strategies, tactical deliverables, timelines and metrics. The Service Line Marketing Senior Manager role is the primary liaison with leadership in high priority research, medical and surgical departments; provides proactive consultation and communications; and responds promptly to client-initiated interaction to maintain a positive image of the department at all times. The Service Line Marketing Senior Manager develops ongoing relationships with assigned service line leaders and staff to facilitate communication and service, collaborates to ensure informed decision-making and adherence to marketing strategy, identifies marketing opportunities, provides marketing leadership and high-level strategic counsel and monitors execution of promised deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • NATIONAL REPUTATION MANAGEMENT Leads development of service-line marketing plans, strategies and deliverables to influence US News World Report reputation scores on a national, fiscal-year basis.
  • LOCAL/REGIONAL REPUTATION MANAGEMENT MARKET SHARE Leads and manages development of service-line marketing plans, strategic recommendations, project plans or ad-hoc strategy to support growth or maintenance of our local/regional reputation and market share.
  • SPECIAL MARKETING PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES Leads development and implementation of marketing strategy and communications to support hospital-wide strategic initiatives.
  • TEAM LEADERSHIP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or similar field or 7 or more years experience Experience in marketing, public relations or communications management

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $39.59/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
