Position Highlights:
Our anesthesia care team provides services in Missouri at our main campus and across the state line at CMK. We offer a high level of acuity, coverage of all specialties, and encourage autonomy and growth. Anesthetists have a variety of shifts available, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, and average 8 weekend day call shifts per year. No weekday or weekend call.
The anesthesia care team at CMH includes physicians, anesthetists, residents, and fellows. Anesthetists serve as paid preceptors to rotating anesthesia students and have opportunities to serve on department and hospital-wide committees. The perioperative team at CMH provides exceptional patient care and creates an environment of inclusion, support, and encouragement.

This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
