Overview

The Intelligence & Insights Strategist is responsible for the discovery, synthesis, and communication of strategic intelligence to support strategic, innovation, and community health planning and initiatives. This individual partners with operational leaders to produce, manage, integrate, and communicate strategic intelligence to improve decision-making across the organization.

 

This is a remote role, but the incumbent must live within the KC metro.

Responsibilities

Partners with the Director, Strategic Intelligence in leading the Competitor Intelligence Committee and serves as an advocate for communicating strategic priorities to senior leaders across the enterprise and how it impacts their areas:

  • Includes partnership, coordination, and education of stakeholders required for effective market and competitor intelligence.
  • Includes the identification and assessment of findings, escalating to appropriate leaders, and advising on short-term and long-term strategies.

 

Conducts market research with the goal of identifying trends and opportunities to make recommendations on service line trends / best practices, strategic positioning, and growth opportunities to support enterprise and service line strategy and initiative development:

  • Collects qualitative and quantitative information. Performs analyses, synthesizes information, and develops findings to support the decision-making process.

 

Partners with leaders to consult and advise on strategic and market-related issues, identify new business opportunities, and assist in the development and implementation of business plans:

  • Collaborates with all Strategy, Innovation, and Partnerships (SIP) department team members by curating market-level trends specific to pediatric medicine in an effort to identify new business opportunities within our defined markets (primary, secondary, and outreach).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Development, Management or related field and 7 or more years' experience. Experience in sales, marketing, business development or customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of CRM's, such as Salesforce, desired

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $37.71/hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.

 

 

Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
